Very rigid about breakfast and lunch hours. I understand rules and procedures and they are necessary to run a business but so is common sense and customer service and satisfaction. When you are very close to 10am (under 15 minutes) you need flexibility. They said no so I went Burger King instead where they had more flexibility.
The cleanest and most friendly McDonalds I’ve ever been too! Lady cleaning, I believe her name is Robin, keeps the place immaculate and is very nice. Man who took my order and brought out the food (he may even be the manager) was also very nice and friendly. We came all the way from Mchenry for the playland but got so much more:)
Amazing McDonald’s! Food is fresh and hot, and we had a nice gentleman named “Angel.” He gave my grandkids a little Pokémon toy. Thank you, Angel! Great McDonald’s.
