Extremely disappointing experience. Couldn't even get my drive thru order in without the employee saying "what?? Huh?? At everything i said. Completely botched my order so i never got my food. TRAIN YOUR DRIVE THRU EMPLOYee THOROUGHLY BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS! Basic communication skills go a long way! Skip this McDonald's, go to the one in Seymour.
Disgusting team members at this location. My adult son went inside to order his dinner and the lady who was working with the food prep dropped her glove on the floor and LITERALLY picked it up and put it back on her hand and continued making the food. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard of and this location should be under review by the board of health. I am completely appalled!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
Ordered double cheese burger with no onions and there was a great deal of onions on it. The Mc doubles bun was stale and when it was wrapped it was not even covered. Must have been short handed. When we wanted a refill I had to wait in line again to get that. Overall it was a bad experience. Which is a shame because as a rule we love McDonalds.
