McDonald's

My grandson had been at band competition all day last Saturday .They got back after midnight and we went to the drive thru around 12:30. I ordered a Big Mac, 2 Quarter pounders, French fries and 3 drinks. We were told we couldn't get the fries and they didn't give us straws for our drinks.

Ordered 2 big Mac meals, Sunday, August 14th. Dining room tables needed to be wiped down. A lot of drama by supervisor and staff that could be heard by customers. Order was warm....fries were cold. Asked for new fries. Finally gave up and left. Clearly a poorly managed staff. Lost another customer. The owners need to get directly involved.

The only reason I gave three stars is because I gave 5 after they opened. They had a great crew that was well trained for being new and always spoke said thank you etc.. It continued that way but slowly changed, don't know if management changed or what but employees are not as well trained. At least the food stayed good until today. I ordered a fish fillet, fries and cookies with nobody in line. Was asked to park for about 5 minutes. Could not tell what they had to cook, never had bad fries from a McDonald's but these where old and cold, cookies where not warm, fish was luke warm cheese wasn't melted so what did I wait to cook? I'm guessing fish but if so wasn't cooked well or not hot enough to melt cheese. Will still be a place I go because it's the first bad experience but has been slowly getting worse. Bring back the training the original crew had
