Burger King

Ordered on app. It verifies with restaurant what you order. Got to window to pick up order, 3 of the sandwiches was supposed to have bacon. "I am sorry sir, we are out of bacon". We cannot refund your order from the app, you will have to call our office. So, full price was charged, all sandwiches, but no bacon. They said, we will throw in cookies with your order for inconvenience. Got home, no cookies in bag either.

This is the 3rd time ive been to this store to get my order wrong once again. Each time i say NO TOMATOS NO PICKLES. everytime i open my burger when i get home what do i see? Extra tomatos and extra pickles. Come on its not that hard. Will not be returning. This is ridiculous. Tried to call and talk to manager and there phones are disconnected. Guess they dont need phones to answer calls.

Don’t know what’s happened with the Burger King in Joshua but it has gone down hill. Can’t order off app and workers get it right. The lady Alejandra was very rude and didn’t want to help at all. Kept telling me to call Door Dash to get my money back. Never ONCE did she try to make my order right. But mouths me AFTER I left the restaurant. Classy place!!!!
