McDonald's

Continuously disappointing. Don't say you're open 24 hours if you're not going to offer anything on the menu late night. Every time i go here it either takes literally 30-45 min for them to take care of 6 or 7 cars which is ridiculous, or they are not serving anything on the menu at the time. Tonight when i got off work and everything else is closed, drove all the way here at 1:15 and they say they are only serving fish.. like is that a joke?? Everything about this location is seriously lacking (customer service, organization, and reliability) and has done nothing but go downhill.

This us the WORST McDonald's in Port St Lucie! My husband went to get McDonald's for dinner for the family, when he arrived home with the food we realized a order was missing from the bags. Instead of driving back in the rain he decided to just call and inform them and ask if we can pick it up tomorrow. When he calls a female employee whom we now figured out is claiming to be the manager picked up the phone and doesn't even answer professionally... instead says "hello.. yes what do you want?". He replies is this the McDonalds at 3536... and she proceeds to hang up the phone. He called back twice and they pick up the phone and hang up. So I call through my phone after hanging up on me the 1st time and the 2nd time they picked up with silence I stated I was going to call Corporate and make a complaint now she wants to talk and when I tell her what happens she says... "well did you get a name??" I hope the Chain regional manager reads this so they know they childish games that this loca

Ordered two egg mcmuffin meals one with no cheese. They give us both with no cheese. I go back in and tell the manager that they gave us both no cheese. One was supposed to be with cheese. I wait for 2 minutes for them to remake it with cheese. Go back to car and realize that they gave me another with no cheese. I threw it out! Should have known when manager spoke to her staff in Spanish that I had a language barrier problem.
