The service was friendly and prompt. The food was great

I understand that it was a busy Sunday. It took over 10 minutes to put in our soft drink order. Our food came out at all different times. This bothered me the most. It was not a big order just my boyfriend and I. We had to ask for silverware, salt, pepper, and napkins.

This location should hire workers that are team players and have management that requires all of their employees to work until they clock out. Our server Shawndee manned a whole dining room section in addition to the entire bar while her coworkers watched her struggle and never acted to help. My partner & I understood the longer than usual wait for food but the service was inexcusably horrible because the people who were on shift other than our server were just standing around talking. By the time our food came we were so disgusted by the utter lack of professionalism we saw that we didn't want to eat anymore. After not dining in at a BWW location in several years we were highly disappointed.
