The restaurant always has one drive thru lane closed and most if not all of the curbside pick up spots have cars with no people on the so you have to wait in the long slow line.
Received wrong order. Ask each person to make sure it was correct. No changes ordered straight from the menu. I know help is hard to get these days. But McDonald's seems like they have challenges in getting the order correctly or the right order to the person
Explain why y’all lobby always closed and you expect us to use the drivethru with 10 or more cars waiting. It’s NO reason your lobby shouldn’t be open now
