Undercooked burgers, can't order thru app after midnight. Update, Tried em again, messed up the order, cold soggy fries, didn't believe me coming back through to complain had to show everything in my bag and hand food back, took over 45min to get my correct order

EDIT: This location is always busy but very understaffed - and many of them are teens and young adults! Be kind and patient as they do their best to serve customers. It’s not worth it to chose their curbside pickup option - twice now I’ve waited 25+ minutes in the pickup parking spot for my mobile order (and both at different times of day). If you DO make a mobile order, go through the drive thru to pick it up.

I came in and ordered my soda on the kiosk then used the restroom which got them the second star it was clean. I came out and asked about my cup and they treated me like I was lying. I had to find my receipt for the number I knew was mine and then still made it difficult. Treat someone like they are a thief over a soda, keep up the good work.
