Bellagios Pizza

I love this place. Anything I've ordered has been delicious and the service on the phone, at the counter or the delivery driver has been great. I feel bad for the folks reading any bad reviews because this place is definitely worth a shot. Keep up the great work and I'll keep ordering the pizza.

I am so disappointed with the service I received tonight. I placed a delivery order and was told 1 hour. Which was perfect because my sister was dropping off my niece and nephew for a couple hours. An hour and a half in with 2 hungry kids no pizza. I called back and was told 10 MINUTES TOPS after waiting on hold for young man to check on my orders. 30 more minutes go by. TWO hours after I called and ordered. I called back and was put on hold again until the manager came on. 14 minutes of waiting on hold mostly while they "track down my order" I was told I'm sorry we don't have your order here. I asked why I was told 10 min if they don't have my order to begin with. The manager told me I'm sorry we have high school students working here and they misunderstood. So after all that I have 2 hungry kids and no pizza! Definitely not ordering from them again. ZERO customer service! He did not even try to correct the situation.

We ordered a real deal with some addons. It was 15 minutes late and we live 5 minutes away. (Strike 1) We received a pizza with only the addons, so no real deal. I confirmed the order was correct on the receipt. (Strike 2) The manager was nice, it took about 10 minutes to explain on the phone what happened and to get a refund, but he kept making excuses it was his first day and he sounded inebriated. (Strike 3) Now I'm eating a cold and meatless pizza with a refund that hopefully he processed correctly. And for that matter the quality of the pizza is not worth the premium price, although I would have let that go if it was on time, hot and what I ordered. We're going back to Papa Murphy's where I order pizza weekly, it's made perfectly every time within a half hour and the people are friendly and competent. Bellagios, you're out!
