On 10-1-22 We waited in line in the drive up for over 20 minutes and this happens every single time we’ve gone there. The girl never read back our order over the speaker never said thank you we didn’t even know if we were done ordering with her or she was done with us. We pulled up to the window and paid and they asked us to pull around the corner and wait some more so we waited for another I would say 7 to 8 minutes the girl came out gave us our order we could tell by the size of the bag it was not the right order. I wish I would’ve gotten her name - my husband tried to stop her twice she came back and she said whatever’s on your receipt is in the bag and walked away. That’s terrible!! The order was completely wrong so as I was getting out of the truck to go inside there was another girl out in the parking lot trying to give our order to the car behind us. It was the most disgusting and uncaring concern for customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with at a fast food restaurant. Up

I pulled in around 3:57AM, when I noticed the drive thru menu screen blank, so I pulled up to the window and an older woman showed me a hand gesture of “4” me assuming they open up at 4am. As I’m sitting there, the manager “Marvelous” rudely comes to the window and tells me “we waiting for our systems to come online” so I asked is that at 4am? She said I don’t know extremely rude, so I left not providing any of my business and not planning on going back. With having multiple members of family work at the corporate office in Oak Brook, it’s extremely unfortunate to have one of your establishments managed by such bad leadership. Also, the older woman from the start was the one handling the situation the right way, to have your management be the one ruin my experience is wrong.

Ordered a Double cheese burger, no onions. The burger wasn't fresh and cheese cold and stiff. I asked for a fresh burger. They put it in the microwave and gave it back! How in any way was that made fresh?
