Love this BWW food is always amazing the place is always super clean. But watch your bills they charges a 18% gratuity on a table of 5! When their policy is clearly 6 people. ( on sign in waiting room) sucks bc this was a go to spot for me I wonder how many times they’ve done this to me now.
I particularly prefer this location over others in the region for its layout. The outdoor space is nice. The atmosphere is what is expected, service & food is always hit or miss at all the BWW locations. But this location I consider to be more consistent with fresh food quality & service. Some days the service is exceptional and some not. Some days the food is fresh and some days, it has sat under the heat lamp for an extended period.
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 6 wings, the girl said about 20 minute wait, finally got it 46 minutes later....... Icing on the cake, the burgers were COLD! needless to say I will NEVER go back there again and will tell everyone I know to not go there ????
