McDonald's

The drive thru was busy, so I walked in to order since there wasn't a line inside. I ordered 1 sausage biscuit, 1 sausage mcmuffin, and a hashbrown. I waited 20 min. before I decided to try to get "ANY EMPLOYEES ATTENTION," which took like another 3 min. or so until I was finally able to ask about my food. They said it would be done soon, so I waited another 5 min. Waited another 5 min. and it still wasn't ready for only 3 simple items. Then one of the employees approached me with a receipt and a refund in cash after I paid with my card and was told that "THEY COULDN'T MAKE MY FOOD ANYMORE BECAUSE IT WAS LUNCH ALREADY" after I had ordered around 10:30 a.m. By far, "THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that nobody visits this location at all. Guaranteed the worst McDonald's service in the world. Worst customer service EVER!!!!!

There was a short, fat latin girl, I told her my pick up order number and I saw the order was right behind her, she said ok and went to the back to flirt with her co-workers, your parents use government welfare raise you up but didn't teach you basic manners and how to be a human being? Probably just taught you to eat and work at McDonald’s.
