Food was fresh wait was minimal and got order right haven’t any issues here in a while
Ordered food the other day was charged for my purchase and they charged me an additional $8.00. I did not know this until I looked at my bank statement. Showed them the receipt for my original transaction, bank statement for the over charge and they went on to tell me that they normally don’t do refund without receipts. How would I have a receipt for something that I didn’t purchase. So basically in the future if I Get overcharged again from them it’s my fault and I won’t get my money back from them. Heard that. There’s a reason I never eat fast food.
Terrible mess up orders all the time pay for food that is t in the bag try to call management get zero response contact corporate and get an apology ans manager will respond back to you manager finally call back says sorry but offers zero compensation for the products missing from past orders so screw it will go elsewhere from now on have lost enough money screwing up 10 times in 9 months is a bit much sorry not acceptable
