Worst service ever. Waited 10min just to have someone address me after me patiently waiting in the lobby and making eye contact multiple times with the manager. Received my food 15min after that for simple breakfast burritos. Sad. Poor management. Bad service. Will not be coming back. Could not go through the drive through as I was driving my semi truck.

Even with no lines, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. NOT HAPPY. And that is after ordering my food from their kiosk. What a bunch of losers. And there was no salt on my fries. You would think after decades of making fries for their customers they could at least make french fries correctly. They still have paper thin patties on their quarter pounders - don’t let the TV commercials deceive you.

Listed as 24 hrs. I ordered on the mobile app for pick up around 3 am. when i got there in the drive thru the lady said they weren’t serving food annoyed. I said i placed a mobile order and gave the code and she had me pull forward. At the window she was rude and i inviting, and they made my food wrong gave me old fries and such, no sauces. Why hve your store listed as 24 hrs if it’s not true? On top of that giving out old and wrong/poorly made food and being rude to customers
