McDonald's

Couldn't process my mobile order. Had to go inside to give them my order. Then they charged me again. I had to wait for the mobile order email to get a refund for the in store order. So much for fast food. At least the order was correct. Thus 2 stars.

This is the second time in a row they messed up my order in the drive through. Tonight's experience was my order was given to the car in front of me, I knew it was going to happen as the cashier at the front window was yelling you charged the wrong car as I watched my big order being given to the car in front of me. As I pulled up, the girl at the window tried to give me the next order which was a happy meal, I smiled and said that's not mine and told her what I ordered. She ask for my receipt and asked me to park which I refused and I told her it was not my mistake. They try to make you park so you don't hold up the rest of the orders, meanwhile you wait and pay for their mistake and than your food is brought out without any condiments so you have to get off and get them your self without any apologies from management. This time I didn't move so they can make my order quick and think about the mistake and probably here it from the cars in back of me as this took about 10 minutes to g

McDonald’s is just like Little Caesar’s. It’s delicious as long as there’s not someone lame next to you telling you it sucks. Love McD’s and I’m glad they always have their calories listed on the app and the specials activate automatically unlike some other apps. Probably one of the best food apps around.
