Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is extremely short staffed: workers seem overwhelmed and unable to keep up resulting in long lines, excessive delays with order ahead (waited 15 minutes past the “promised “ time), and general disarray with trash strewn around the floor. Food is also mediocre. Definitely much better options to choose from.

Out of cheese, out of guacamole, out of chips, out of hot salsa, out of large queso, out of white rice. Never seen such a terrible chipotle.

I go to chipotle once a week for last several years. But for first time I Went to this location for lunch with my son. At 2 in the afternoon, they didn’t have any sort of rice, they didn’t have any steak, they didn’t even offer me to wait for it to get it ready. They said this is all we have. Definitely would not recommend this location and I hope the managers train better their employees. Parking: Parking was ok.
