My QPC Deluxe was sloppily made with one pickle and one tomato. And hamburger patty was not a quarter pounder patty. My order was not brought to my table, and my order number never appeared on the screen either. As I waited at the counter for my order, an employee called out the wrong table number which cause my order to seat and get cold. This might be why drive thru line is not long anymore. Poor quality service and food.

soda machine was completely down today so i bought a lemonade instead. i ate my food inside the establishment & i wanted a refill but was told by the shift manager that there is no lemonade refills and that i had to buy a new one despite the fact that it wasn’t my problem that they had no sodas available. my point across is that people rarely dine in anymore and nobody on drive through is able to get a refill so it really wouldn’t be much of a loss for the restaurant itself. after i sat back down one of the drive through workers came to me with a new lemonade for free. managers should consider to do these types of things to keep customers happy and to come back

The employees GET 5 Star fantastic.. But the money that u spend on the food and DON'T GET A NUDGE OF FULL ???? NOPE MY LAST TIME GOING!! THE PLACE WAS CLEAN! EMPLOYEES WORKING SUPER FAST AND HARD. BUT THE FOOD LIKE I WAS STILL HUNGRY, I GOT A MEAL AND STOMACH FELT EMPTY
