Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered quesadilla with corn, the corn was icy cold that I couldn’t even chew it. Went to complain to the lady manager. Such a rude and manipulative hypocrite. Trying to defend herself. Will never go back. They just lost a client????

I was pretty stoked about this new location. I am new to the area. The server was kind and the cashier. But i really wish it could be cleaner i was really disappointed how poorly stocked everything was the lobby was a mess almost every table was dirty ! The girls in the line really looked like she hated her job! Now I’ve had plenty of experience in my past life in that industry and i couldn’t of been more disappointed to the point where i was telling my husband i was going to help the gentleman help clean ! He seemed pretty upset and i would understand having enough staff and doing it himself as an ex employee of chipotle in the past years I’ve never experienced anything like that if the staff isn’t doing their job something has to be done. They definitely need to get some management to fix this.

Usually love Chipotle. This is a newer location. Drive through line was long. Inside line was long. Many customers standing around waiting on food from the kitchen. I decided to go ahead and wait. This location needs some help. Service was weak. Portions were off AKA skimpy compared to other locations. See photo. For the prices they charge I expected more. The chips were OK but the bag was only 20% full. I understand the bag is never filled. But 20%???? The bag stands 10 inches tall but the chips were less than 2 inches on the bottom. Really Chipotle???
