McDonald's

The bathroom cleaner set a roll of paper towels on the floor in the bathroom on the nasty floor. Then she used the same paper towels to wipe the counters and the toilet seats and around the sink. Then she still used the same paper towels to come out and wipe the tables and the dining room. The health department needs to visit this place seriously. Total disgusting! UPDATE!!! ATTENTION PEOPLE. After wiping down dining room with the nasty paper towels, she put them on a counter. I then went over and picked them up with a clean paper towel and threw them in the trash. A few minutes later she got them out of the trash and put them back on the counter. OMG!

Leilani provided excellent customer service. Best McDonald's in the area. The food was great! ❤️

Got coffee and gravy biscuit. It was cold. Had to warm it up. The coffee was made wrong even though my receipt said it correctly. Morning staff is extremely slow. I usually cannot stop because the drive-thru line is way too long. The new staff is not friendly no good morning or thank you. Bad customer service turns me off. If I say morning say it back.
