KFC

I ordered an 8-piece family meal, original recipe with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw. The meal came with 4 biscuits. The cost, including tax, was $25.91. The sides and biscuits were fine. The breading on the chicken was scorched dark brown. I was not given a receipt. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until after I'd gotten home, 15 miles away. At current gas prices, I couldn't afford a return round trip. The cost of the meal was 2 hrs wages, and I'm appalled, saddened, and angry that the staff even thought it was okay to give someone essentially burned chicken. I won't be returning to this KFC.

Taking my order at the drive thru seemed fine except I had to wait over 15 minutes and when I got home instead of a breast we had a drumstick. I had been told they didnt have any thighs but we got those. The window order taker was kind. I just hate not getting a major component of what was told I was getting. Plus I ordered fries but got mashed potatoes. That might not have been a big deal but the last 3 times we have gotten mashed they werent great. Love their original recipe, they people have a better attitude than popeyes, but there is a decline in quality here that is noticeable. It will make me make a different decision next time.

Went through drive thru tonight and the employee working was phenomenal he took our order, let us know they were short handed and he was sorry but we could pull up and he would get it out to us asap.
