This place has terrible customer service! They told me to wait at a reserved spot for my order, I waited 20 minutes out there and then I eventually went inside to ask the staff where is my order? They look at me and give me attitude and say they forgot my order, what kind of customer service is this? You tell me to wait in a reserved parking lot and you forget about my order. Never coming back here EVER again.
I don’t usually write reviews but tonight my daughter and I had an amazing experience. The drive-thru was long so we decided to go in and Bexie took our order and was so friendly and kind to us. They were obviously so busy but she had a great attitude and stayed positive.
Great customer svc. Got my food fast but soda was all seltzer water. Wish they had a way to be notified when the syrup runs out like an alarm!
