Really like Five Guys, but not this location. Have had issues multiple times but when my husband tried to make an order for someone with an allergy they paid no attention and did not take any appropriate precautions. I know good help is hard to find these days, but at least train employees to fill simple requests.
Asked for a gluten free/allergy order. They changed their gloves as usual, but then laid out the tin foil for multiple orders, laid down buns for one order, then lettuce for ours. Why bother changing gloves if you’re gonna keep touching bread? Ordered from Burger 21 before they even completed my botched order. Waste of money.
I love Five Guys in general. Unfortunately my last interaction with this store was less than stellar. We placed an order for pickup, and when we arrived it was not ready. When the staff made it, the sandwich was missing most of the toppings. I'm sure that I will be visiting this store again, for science.
