The girl at the window was so rude. First she handed us a tea without any ice and caught an attitude when we asked for ice. We realized why she got so mad when she came back with the bucket full of ice. She'd given us the tea without any ice the first time, because she was too lazy to fill the ice back up. Acting as if we'd inconvenienced her. When she just didn't want to do her job.
This location is hit or miss. sometimes service is fast and clean, other times they take a while and get the order wrong. It doesn't help that the inside is closed and there is only one running drive through line. It's bearable.
Food was decent but flies were all over the lobby. The floors were dirty and tables were not clean and ready for new customers. Staff members were not attentive to customers waiting to order; most of them were in the restroom smoking.
