Chipotle Mexican Grill

The worst Chipotle you will ever visit. Extremely understaffed and overly busy, your order will always be rushed - resulting in less food, inaccuracies, and lots of waiting around. Online orders are NEVER completed on time and ALWAYS missing something. If you place your order too far in advance, you can expect your order to be stolen due to the large homeless population in the area and the fact that the staff leave online orders out in the dining area. I’ve never been to a chipotle that is so consistently awful. Every time I come back I think , “surely not this time” but yep, place still sucks. Worth driving an extra time 15-20 minutes to any other chipotle.

Always good food, sometimes dried out or completely out! Could do better with keeping store clean. Every time I'm in there regardless time of day it's a mess.. napkins and food on floor, salsa/drink station always a mess and out of utensils etc. Employees always nice and friendly and welcoming

The food is usually good and a healthier choice but the service has much to be desired and the price is more than what it should be. I paid 15 dollars for a salad with guacamole and a drink. I tried to tell them what I wanted on my salad and they started sloping things on it before I had a chance to say I didn’t want sour cream on the salad. I have also waited 40 mins to get an online order.
