Like every other fast food restaurant that has a drive thru in cincinnati going to wait 20 to 35 minutes then your food you think you waiting for this long is going to be fresh is stale cold sloppy put together or burnt this might be the longest waiting whitewashed try 45 minutes wait time dam

I would like to shout out to Lincoln at this location. If McDonald's everywhere could hire more people like him it would change the perception of the company. He is friendly and efficient. He holds the doors for costumers delivers food to cars and tables, with a tool belt of sauces straws and napkins. He truly has a hustle helping in the whole lobby and dining area and jumping right back when food needs to be ran. It was even pouring down rain while we were here and he delivered food out to each customer with no complaint and a great attitude!! After watching him for 10 minutes no one would complain about him getting 15 an hour or more, because he works hard and takes pride in his job!!

I want to make a suggestion. When I get my food delivered the driver steals fries or take an item out the bag, instead of putting the tape to close the outer carrying bag, the bag with our food should be closed with a sticker sealed. This is my 2nd or 3thrd time food has been stolen. It's not Mcdonald fault it's these drivers. Am to the point of not getting food delivered; who wants to eat it when they're hands touching our food.. Plus are they hungry to be doing this?? Stealing fries and stealing nuggets is not ok.. Grub hub had refund all my money back and reported the driver not only that the last driver was a male but the picture was of a female. ???????????? oh how i know they stealing; the bag is wrinkled with greasy finger prints and the stickers are torn. Plus they have a guilty look on there face's giving me my food. So can you please close the bags and put stickers on the bags with the food in it plus the carry bags... Thank you.
