McDonald's

The service at this McDonalds is simply horrible..whether you go through the Drive thru..inside or curbside. I visited last week curbside. There was a car to the left of me waiting for her order as well. When the worker came out he went to her car first and handed her the bag. She looked inside and told the worker this is not what I ordered. So he proceeded to my car and attempted to give me the other bag like it was ok that he gave each if us the wrong order. ???? So he went back to get the correct orders... He never apologized to either of us and had an attitude... Horrible

Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes then when I finally got to the window to get my food, they gave me the two adult orders and told me to pull around to the front to wait for the child's happy meal to be brought out. Sat in front of the building for another 10 minutes before going inside to find they had no intention of bringing the order out to me. This location has two drive thru lanes but can't even handle serving one. If you go here on your lunch break, don't expect to eat and be prepared to be late returning to work.

I did a mobile order and went thru drive thru. I had a very simple order. I even had pre-paid. I got handed me unsweet tea and I asked for Splenda and didn’t receive it, but was told to pull around to the front. I waited for 13 minutes before I had no choice but to leave, or I would have been late for work. Some girl two times carried orders out to cars in the mobile pick up. When I asked her about my order she said they were first. There wasn’t anyone there when I got pulled to the front!! All I ordered was a steak egg and cheese bagel (hold the egg) two hash browns and small unsweet tea, which I later found out was sweet tea! 13 mins and I still hadn’t received my food, now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back through corporate. I have always loved this McDonalds but not anymore…
