I ordered 4 burritos with ONLY beans + rice and y’all put cheese & jalapeño sauce on them. All 4 of them are ruined.

Watch your receipt. Sunday hard tacos are supposed to be $1.29 and we were charged the regular price. Got it corrected but how many other people didn't catch it? Also the drive thru was very slow.

Came for the first time in years to get a chicken grilled stuffed burrito and was given a completely different burrito. My wife and I drive back, to be told the chicken grilled stuffed burrito doesn't exist anymore and they just gave us two random burritos. So they then say we have to walk in to resolve the issue. Mind you, we are active Army, so we were dressed down and looked bad, out of uniform. We walk in with the random burritos to explain our situation and a guy walks up to us and just kept repeating what do you want. So we go with the chicken burrito Supreme. As they are making it, they add very little amounts of ingredients and chicken, while he laughs with his coworker. Most likely talking about our situation. We get home to two kid sized burritos for dinner. By far the worst experience I've had w fast food in a while.
