McDonald's

I placed my order through their mobile ordering. Got on-site at 12:40 and eventually went inside as my order had not come out as it usually did within a few minutes. I saw a bag on a counter. After about 6-7 minutes I asked one of the ladies there if that was my order. This was at 12:55 mind you I’m suppose to be at work in 5. Thus this was making me late due to the staffs in ability to properly do their jobs. I say this as I have worked for McDonald’s in the past and done almost everything in the restaurant. Very disappointing in their service even other customers who were there wanting to order their food were waiting to be served and helped. I get they’re short staffed but 15 minutes to get an order out and even then it would have been longer had I not gone into the restaurant and asked about it after being ignored for over 5 minutes!!!

The restaurant was clean. I ordered quickly. An employee brought out my order to my table quickly. The order was hot accurate and very delicious. There was a lot of seating it was spaced ou so you aren't crowded together. There is a play area.

$1.99 for a regular hamburger not to mention it was cold and the lettuce tasted funny on the McChicken so will not be going back to that McDonald's! I rarely go anyways but McChicken used to be very good and hot but tonight it sucked
