3rd shift manager lady is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. She treated the gentleman working with her like trash. He was working she was standing yelling at him.....all I needed was a plain black coffee.... He was trying she was being a witch.
Chase and Madelyn gave me a hard time n refused to give me an refund because there was NO manager or lead staff on duty in the store they said that she left. I found an piece on hair in my in my sandwich i think i was chases hair then try to offer another hairy sandwich . It's just inconvenient because i'm hungry with no appetite that's just poor customer service and soo unacceptable. i want my money back
The 2 ladies did not speak when my husband and I walked in, but she sure did took her time to speak to a white guy who was in front of us. The donut holes we got was so old so we took them right back. They didn't even apologize, instead, we were told to come back the next day to see a manager for a refund. Customer service definitely sucked, and I'm not ok with racist vibe at all!.
