Today I was craving a Big Mac with fries which I hardly ever get. When I got home and started eating it, it was loaded with salt! No more Mac Donald’s!
Prices on drive thru don't matter. Don't expect to pay what's on the menu. Unfortunately the staff doesn't care either. I try to avoid this location because every time I come, the service is mediocre at best.
Customer service SUCKED! I couldn't get my order in as effective as I would've liked because I became frustrated as I was constantly interrupted with "anything else". At one point, I politely stated "I'm sorry, may I please order without interruption and I'll let u know once everything is completed." The associate laughed & as I continued stated again "what else?" I completed my order prematurely and proceeded to the window where the associate laughed, took my card, & rolled her eyes. I asked for my receipt, she stated "you'll get it down there" and pointed to the next window which I never received. On the other hand, my food was fresh & tasty, but I will not revisit because of the service
