Met a friend here for a quick bite and drink , and had to wait on her to arrive . The place had 3 tables occupied when I arrived-not busy. The waiter took my order for a drink while I waited . Never came back after serving my drink until she arrived. Never asked if I needed water or wanted anything else while I waited . We both ordered and waited for our food and my came but hers didn’t . When she asked him ,after patiently waiting for her order , he said she never ordered , then retracted his statement and said “oh yeah, but you never told me what meat you wanted” . Then it took another 15 minutes on top of the hour and a half it took to get food/service . All the while we watched him sit at an empty table and mess with his phone or aimlessly wander around . Will never go back . Terrible service and customer service .
We had a great experience! We loved our food and it was very generous portions. There is of course salsa and warm chips refilled throughout the course of. And the pitchers of margaritas are huge! We got two pitchers for a table of seven and had plenty to go around.
Honestly we were not at all impressed with the Mexican food here. Very disappointing. I got to go no machaca beef. The flautas were not even flautas they were barely wrapped in the tortilla. Arizona Mexican food is by far so much better. Look up popo's fiesta del Sol and get some ideas on some Mexican food people from Arizona are used to.
