McDonald's

This was the most professional experience that I’ve ever experiencedat McDonald’s. Jennifer who worked at the register in the morning performed executive treatment with myself and the gentleman before me. She asked if I wanted to use the app to gain points and she also asked if I wanted any sauce with my hash browns. This treatment should be the benchmark.

I was the only one in line but it took her several minutes to come to the mic in drive thru. then she shorted me $10 with my change. when i told her she looked confused and disappeared for several minutes making me late for work and still shorted me $2 in change. the whole visit was terrible. I arrived there at:35am and finally left at 5:58am and I was the only one in line. she left me sitting there and finally came back with wrong changes and no apology!

Overall good and fast experience. Pretty much same as any McDonald's. Only issue is sometimes early in the morning they say certain breakfast items are not available, like the chicken biscuit. But it's a great value when they do
