Please take the time to put yourself in the shoes and mindset of these employees. 90% of the time when you are not being treated like the commercial employees, it's not you. It's something that has happened probably very recent that they being as busy as ants, have not had time to vent and get past the anger we all have had in our own lives. At work.! So, empathy in the smallest amounts when genuine. Can and will change your whole experience and also helps the employee to vent vicariously through you. It is easy and we can make these type of situations almost non-existent if we would really do things like this. We are all here together. We all have many things in common. Especially emotional. The absolute worst. Open 24/7 but you will sit in the drive through for an hour to get anything you want. They take one person at a time, which holds up traffic on a major roadway. No concern for their job or anyone else

This location never has ice cream, milkshakes, or frappes. I've been going there every couple of days for over a month, and I walk 3 blocks to get a cool dessert they can never make. It just disappoints me because the crew always has an attitude like they don't want to be there. And how long does it take to get your shakes and ice cream machine back on? Over a month I been told no. I'm starting to think they are lying about it and just don't want to make it.
