Captain D's

Did not disappoint. Crispy and salty. It had been more than a year since we had Captain D's. It was fun to indulge in a nostalgic meal.

Two things.first thing: I ordered a 3-piece battered fish with two sides, french fries and Cole slaw. Had to order drink separately, bit got two 2 free hush puppies on my plate. Filling. Big pieces of fish with lots of flakes. pleasant and polite lady took my order and retrieved it for me. 9 out of 10 Second, and it was hugely irritating. Not the employees fault and without being a cola distribution rep or engineers they couldn't do anything about it anyhow. The soda dispensers ice bin on top started making an awful screeching metal to metal noise. Seems to me it is the beverage distributors machine so its there's to fix. Overall good food good service .

The drive thru associate and order taker was very pleasant. However, the food that I received was undercooked on ALL levels. The fish, shrimp and Okra were all undercooked! It appears as if the worker placed seasoning and butter and sent out the grilled items????. I could not go back to the restaurant and get a refund because I was headed to work and I work night shift. Service there is usually not like this as I have been several times. Hopefully this was just a busy day. See attached pictures.
