The young lady and gentlemen at the second window on Oct 2 at 7:15 receipt reads KS#13 Sidel made my morning. They verbally wished me a happy birthday and took a moment to write it on the bag too! It was such a heart warming interaction. Not only did they look presentable but they looked full of energy and wake. Little things such as these is what makes me feel like a valued customer.
