Jim & Tom's Restaurant

Everytime I look to see if they are open for dinner after work says there open but when I get they are closed. How hard is it to get the correct times put up. Next time I go and is closed when the time online and ur door say u should be open it'll be the last time I ever go. I'm a regular to was a great place when they open

Seems like the person at front counter does not like what they do, very bad attitude. Restaurant should have the option of over the phone, but they wont take the time take your order if you call.

So I ordered from here on 10/31/22 and then posted this "I ordered a cheeseburger with everything BUT ketchup. I received a cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup. I just don't understand how you can mix this up...shm. The soup I ordered was supposed to be chicken noodle, what I received was a cup of chicken broth and lots of vegetables.....again SHM :-( " And just today (a few minutes ago) I received a voice message from a woman demanding that I call them back to tell them why I requested a refund. She stated that if I DON'T call them back they won't deliver here again. Well first of all I have no intention on ordering from there ever again but if I was, I wouldn't anymore after the phone call. HOW RUDE!!!! I wish I could choose a negative star rating instead!!!!
