McDonald's

I’ve lived in Benbrook for most of my life, I don’t really go to McDonald’s anymore now that I’m older, going back here for the first time in years was a different experience. My girlfriend wanted to get a coffee for her mother and her. So we both used our apps to place two separate orders to buy the coffees. We get to the payment window, and the cashier already has an attitude because the transaction for the two orders used the same card. The cashier begins to sigh. And smack her lips. Then calls the manager over, and they start to argue in front of us. Yelling and screaming. This location has become very unprofessional. And to the young lady that took our order, if you do not like your job in customer service, then you are the only one that can change that. Don’t stay where you are not happy.

We had a good experience at this restaurant today. Our order was mostly correct. We would definitely still go back. From the start of our order to driving off, it was decently quick. As usual, the bacon is not great. Food : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More

They gave me a USED ranch, the manager said “it wasn’t used” when there was a previous person dipping fries in there. Didn’t even give me syrup or butter this isn’t the first time they mess an order up
