Chipotle Mexican Grill

We were in town for football game and decided to stop and eat dinner here. The service was very poor except for the young lady that made our food. The food was cold. They had already ran out of certain ingredients an hour and a half before close and didn't want to replace missing ingredients on the line. The manager gave one of the employees an attitude when they asked for more beans to replenish the line. Business was steady and plenty of customers rolling in so there shouldn't have been any reason why they weren't making more food. The manager also walked around with an attitude not helping his employees in any way shape or form. Unfortunately I will never come back to this particular location.

Edit: new entry. I gave two stars at first but it hasn’t improved so lowering it to one star. Our third time here and still filthy! Trash over flowing, every table dirty, trash every where on ground, and condiment area a total mess. I think it was my last time eating here. When the employees have time to lean, they have time to clean. It wasn’t even busy. Original post after opening. Need work, the food was good but the inside was filthy. They had no one cleaning tables and the trash was overfilling. You need someone cleaning especially during a rush. I also noticed a lot of people waiting long times for pick up orders.

Chipotlane is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you’re going to get (in your bowl)! I love Chipotle but this location needs work. Orders are never accurate and there is no portion consistency.
