The AM crew does not know to work the coffee machines. When I order a macchiato they give me a regular iced coffee. When I asked for a frappe it took them 10 minutes to make it and they threw away 4 different cups in the process because they kept messing up. One time I got a “macchiato” and was given clearly a iced coffee and it was so incredibly sweet I could not drink it. I just don’t think they know how to make any of the coffees.
There was a problem with my order in the drive-thru, so they asked me to drive around to the front of the building. The wait was very short, and they made certain that my order was correct and that I was satisfied before I left. You can't get it right every single time, so on those occasions it's about how you recover, and they did Great. Features: None at this time
