Wish I could give zero. Went into restaurant with my family. It was freezing. We to the car for extra coats and we’re still cold.Waited at counter for over 10 minutes while the workers joked around with one another and ignored us. The restaurant was empty—guess I know why. We left, too.
Ordered a son of baconator combo. Got home burger was PINK in the middle and fries tasted like they had been under the heat lamp for at least 2 hours. Went to replace my meal with chicken nuggets because God forbid I give them another chance to give me food poisoning I get home the nuggets are cold and spicy nuggets on top of that..... Fries still cold. I do t think Dave would have approved. He's rolling in his grave
Carolyn the manager is amazing. She's always nice and friendly. Never in a bad mood. Alexis is very helpful. These are examples of great employees. I don't see this much these days
