Usually pretty quick and my orders are always correct. However, the fries are rarely fresh/good.
My Big Mac fell on the floor and was completely dirty and messed up, went up to the front counter and they said it already had a bite in it so i can’t get a refund. This is completely wrong and never eating here again.
We usually go through the drive thru. I gently want to warn other people using take out. After accepting the food order, drive to a parking space and make sure everything is actually in the bags. Also, on 2 seperate occasions, we were given someone's order and I guess they got ours. We didn't realize that the orders were switched till we got home. Another important tip for patrons is to ask that your food be cooked fresh at the time of ordering.
