A Little Hi - by Hi-Pointe Drive-In

Good cheeseburger spot that just opened. A bit more expensive than most places. The food was pretty good. Had the strawberry milkshake, double cheeseburger and fries. It can be a bit cramped inside, so its nice that they have a patio section. The wait was a bit long but that should get better. Looking forward to coming back for another meal.

Went for dinner. Did takeout because the place is really small. Overall, the food was good, but I'm not impressed by the portion sizes. They are tiny for the price. The Taco burger was average size, but $8? Steep. Onion Rings were huge, but the order only had 6. A BOWL of Steak & Ale stew was $5 and it was an 6oz to 8oz container, and it was 1/2 mushrooms. I know it was 1/2 because my wife doesn't like mushrooms and picked them all out. The Shakes were delicious, but the sizes were mediums at best for the $5.50 and $6 price. Basically for the $28+tax, we were still hungry after. I shared my burger and rings because my wife got a tiny stew.

Went for lunch today. The burger had way too much salt or seasoning on it. It was overbearing. The fries were limp and cold. The shake was excellent. I know that they just opened, but I would have reservations about going back. I might give it a shot in the future and I hope it gets better
