I really can't comment on the atmosphere cuz I went through the drive-thru but I gave it a five anyway. They definitely need to change the oil my fries looked old and were soggy. My spicy chicken sandwich didn't looked good because again the oil needs to be changed.
My order was missing four burgers, then I called to ask, and the girl who answered the phone hung up three times after I made my statement! So I paid but the burger was missing and hopefully the manager will see and give me back my due!
