Service was great but unfortunately the food was bad Pancakes taste like if they put salt in it. The hashbrown was stale and burned. The ham was very dry and hard. I love IHOP but this time I was very disappointed.
There was only one server. She was very nice, but didn't have enough help. There was probably only one cook also, because the food took about 30 minutes to serve. Much too long! Kid-friendliness: Children's menu.
We love picking up the amazing meals often from IHop. They know who I am whenever I go inside. The food is always delicious. They always get my order right ✅️ and everyone that works there are always friendly as well as professional. A big thanks to all the employees at the Baldwin Park IHOP for making every visit enjoyable.
