The staff is friendly, and the remodel looks great, I loved the idea of being able to put in my order on the kiosk but it's clunky, doesn't let you use your account rewards, and doesn't accurately show what food options are available in that store. Went to enter this location and apparently it's in such a "great" area that it has to be half locked at all times during the day to prevent local school children from ransacking it? Once inside I decided to use the restroom before ordering. The floor was covered in urine, no soap in two dispensers in the men's bathroom, no way to dry your hands. At this point once I realized the male employees aren't washing their hands with soap after bathroom breaks, I decided to not order and just walk out. Hard pass.
