Chick at the first window could not find my app order. I showed her the order on the app. I left after she couldn't figure it out. Her hair, nails & makeup were all done though. Oh and don't forget the huge eyelashes.
Horrible. Was in line two at drive thru..lady told me they closed the line.. ok so went around and back to the first line. When I got to the speaker it was silent for 5 minutes.. I said hello? Hello? Finally “one moment” waited again. Left after waiting for 20 mins.. lady at the window rolls eyes at me. Classy. Staff needs better training. Customer service is NOT important for them.
