Cilantro Taco Grill - Addison

I ordered food from here over the phone. They said it would be a 10 minute wait and when I got there they were all looking at each other's phones and had not even started the order yet. Once they finished everything and I paid the waitress asked me if I wanted my change (she wanted a tip) I said yes and then they all stared at me as if I shouldn't have done that. I felt threatened so I decided to leave a tip. Unfortunately I will go back as I love the food at cilantro and it is close to me but I really hope people like this don't continue to work there.

Got the burrito bowl! So delicious! The Avocado on top, was Bien! The chips that come with, so good! I love their cilantro sauce.

I wasn't going to go back on the customer service alone - the girl in the front blankly stared at me when I said thank you, no thank you in return, no you're welcome, no please come again because you're obviously a new customer - then I looked at the micro size of the taco I paid $3 for, after uncovering it from the layers of aluminum foil. This isn't the city or a trendy chic place....it's a hole in the wall in the suburbs...
