McAlister's Deli

Ordered Spud Max potato @ about 8:36 pm. It was picked up at 8:44 pm. I received my potatoe at 8:48 pm and my first thought was why it was not hot and it was literally picked up less than 8 mins after ordered. I had to pick thru the cold potato to find the meat which was very little. Butter was sitting on the side of the potato wasn't even melted which was a sign. Most of the potato I could not eat, because it was struck to the sides of the skin and hard. It seem to have been previously cooked, toppings put on when it was ordered, and placed in the microwave just enough to melt the cheese. It would have gone back if it wasn't close to 9pm.

Ordered $80 worth food for company party and nothing was correct. When asked to speak with the manager to have it fixed he refused to "deal with it" and demanded his cashier give us a refund as he watched me waiting from his window. Thanks "Michael for your rude and unprofessional attitude over the food your employees messed up" P.s. all we wanted was what we paid for. Instead another company benefited from your poor attitude. A company who ordered from y'all once a week will no longer spend our money in your establishment...

Have been trying give this place multiple chances to get online orders correct but to no avail. Expressed multiple concerns about the quality/quantity of food with the amount paid. Not expecting 4 to 5 star service every visit but always getting bad to questionable service 8 times out of 10 shows me it's more of a bad habit and lack of Leadership/training skills. Out of kindness I'm rating a 2 out of 5 but would definitely rate 1 star based on my last interaction here. At this point would rather get my food from Mount Pleasant even though I live close to the Summerville location.
