Very subpar given my usual experience at ocharleys, was reluctant to send my steak back at first but was assured they were not busy so I said ok. I ordered medium rare, the first go around was completely well done. The 2nd attempt I could still hear going "Moooooo" Parking: Good parking.
My stepson and I came for a late lunch this afternoon. Jo L was our server. She was AMAZING! She even apologized one time cause she felt she was checking on us too often. Food and service were both very good. The steak was tender and cooked perfect (I forgot to take a pic of the steak). My stepson got the apple cobbler and must’ve enjoyed it since it was all gone.
I have severe food allergies. My server and the cooks really took their time to make sure that my food was correct and safe and not make me sick. My server was Sarah and the cooks were I believe Patrick and Jamey or Jamie not sure who was on my side as I asked another waitress. I had grilled Chicken with balsamic. I am so thankful for them doing this for me because a lot of times people DO NOT PAY ATTENTION AND I END UP SICK. Their managers should be proud of them especially in times like now when NO ONE WANTS TO WORK. THANKS.
