Took my grandson to Nickel City and stopped here for lunch after. Classic deli! Got a "famous" reuben sandwich and a chocolate phosphate. Haven't had one in years! My grandson seemed to like his grilled cheese and french fries too. They also had bagels I could purchase at checkout. Good stuff! Vegetarian options: I think they had some. Kid-friendliness: Kids like it too Parking: Big lot. Wheelchair accessibility: They definitely are!
Good food but careless staff. We were seated at the table and waited a long time, then a waitress came and started taking our order when a host came up and sent her to another table in the middle of our order w/o any apology. Then we waited again before ordering. Neither waiter nor host came up to us to ask how was the food or if we needed anything else. We waited long time again to order coffee. The host has no idea about customer care, Nobody rose cares there. No wonder their Yelp rating is 3.5.
